i didnt try hard enough
hard head got me in cuffs
had a family that cared
a love that nobody could compare
i miss my mom and pop
stupid, chose alchol and pot

took awhile but now i see
cops taking me down, saying dont make a sound
feels like im fighting ali in the 8th round
been locked up 6 times in 1 year
short of breath,dizzy feels like the ends near
