The Raven
by Edgar Allan Poe.

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary, Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore, While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping, As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. "'Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber doorOnly this, and nothing more."
Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December, And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor. Eagerly I wished the morrow; vainly I had sought to borrow From my books surcease of sorrow - sorrow for the lost LenoreFor the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name LenoreNameless here for evermore.

MISTY CLOUD AND MISTY SEA

Misty Cloud called to blue Misty Sea,Rise up to gather rain drops with meMisty Sea called to driftin' Misty CloudTo drift with you high up I'd be proud.Misty Sea rose to join Misty Cloud,Moist Misty Cloud came wet an' proud.Joe Raindrop spoke to wet Raindrop Flo,Dare you to drop down on Sea below.Raindrop Flo splashed upon Misty Sea,Joining pool of drops same as she.Flo called to Raindrop Joe. I fell freeDare you to drop down on wet Misty Sea.Joe Raindrop splashed down on Misty Sea,That's how rainfall comes down so free.To drop on pleasant land or the Misty Sea,Livin' things grow when rain falls free.

Behold The Sea

Behold the sea, the mighty restless sea!Behold the strand of battered rock and sand! The endless fight between the sea and man!Behold the sea!Through wind and storm the foaming breakers roarWhat of the man who waits upon the shore? What of the man you hold forevermore?Behold the sea!Rolling along in the starlightRestless, plentiful and strongRolling along in the moonlightSurf and spray shining in the sunBehold the sea, the mighty restless sea!Behold the strand of battered rock and sand! The endless fight between the sea and man!Behold the sea!

He ran the lab That nasty old crab
So they transferred him to gym

Who we are

I’ve heard it said that mankind is at its best when things are at their worst, that may be true, but we, as an individuals are only as strong as the armor we wear and the shield we stand behind when the tempest strikes.
If the metal that was used to forge our soul is one mined from inferior ore, then the armor and shield of our humanity are as weak as the people who helped forged us.
But, given enough time in the forges of life, it is possible to turn pig iron into steel.
I believe that is where true character comes from.
Like the Phoenix, it is possible to rise out of the flames and ashes and begin anew.
